The company Medexprim attaches great importance to privacy, and only uses data responsibly and confidentially and for a specific purpose. At Medexprim, our philosophy is to be transparent and clear about how we collect and use your data. This privacy policy provides you with information about the origin and use of the browsing information processed when you visit our site and about your rights. This policy describes the methods used by the company Medexprim to collect, use, protect and share your personal data that may be processed through the Medexprim website. 

You can browse this website without providing any personal information. The use of the website does not require users to disclose any personal information, such as name, address, e-mail address, or occupation. 1.Use of your personal data

The company Medexprim processes the personal data received directly from you when you fill in the contact form on the Medexprim website, as the person responsible for processing within the meaning of the aforementioned legislative and regulatory provisions.

They will be processed by computer and entered into a Customer Relationship Management system to better meet your needs. The processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures, at your request. This processing has been declared to the French authority (CNIL 2051131).

The categories of data processed are as follows: employer, name, first name, position, e-mail address, telephone number, and message.

If you do not provide this information, the company Medexprim will not be able to satisfy your requests. Said data is used for the sole purpose of providing you with information and communicating with you.

The personal data transmitted is only accessible to authorized company Medexprim staff. The personal data collected is processed directly by the company Medexprim, kept in metropolitan France, and is not resold or given to third parties, nor transferred to third countries. 

Based on the legitimate interest of the company Medexprim, the data collected is kept for the time necessary to process your request for contact and internal administrative management of your information. 

The company Medexprim does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from persons under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years of age, please speak to your parents/legal guardian to obtain their permission before providing the company Medexprim with any personal information about you, as without this permission you are not permitted to provide us with your data. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under the age of 16, we reserve the right to delete that data without notice or consent.

2.Protection of personal data

The company Medexprim follows strict security procedures regarding the storage and disclosure of the information you have provided to us to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or destruction of your data.

  • Request to limit the processing of your personal data;
  • Oppose the processing of your personal data;
  • Define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death.

If the company Medexprim has reasonable doubts about your identity, it reserves the right to ask you for a copy of your signed identity document before proceeding with the exercise of your right.

Once your identity has been sufficiently established, the company Medexprim will send you a reply within one month of receiving your request. 

If you believe that your data is not being processed in accordance with the applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the French Authority, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). This is the supervisory authority responsible for matters relating to the processing of personal data.
